个人简介

葛芹玉,男,197811月生,工学博士,副教授、博士生导师。中国电子学会生物医学电子学分会委员;江苏省研究型医院学会白血病专委会常任委员;江苏省免疫学会转化医学专委会委员;东南大学优秀青年教师资助计划获得者;东南大学第28届青年教师授课竞赛三等奖获得者。

本人每年招收博士研究生1硕士研究生1-3,欢迎生物医学工程、生物信息学专业及具有生物、医学、计算机专业背景的同学报考Emailgeqinyu@seu.edu.cn

研究成果

近年来主要从事高通量生物检测技术的研究应用及数据分析。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项;主持省部级及其他纵向项目4项;主持医院及企业的横向项目2项;作为学术骨干人员参与多项国家自然基金重点项目、863重大仪器专项、国家重点研发计划和国家重大仪器研制专项等国家级重要科研项目。相关研究结果已经发表SCI论文近篇,其中以第一作者/通讯作者在Analytical ChemistryBiosensor & BioelectronicsAnalytica Chimica ActaFrontiers in Genetics等杂志发表论文40篇,他引超1600次,单篇最高他引超220次。担任Biosensor & BioelectronicsHuman Reproduction特约审稿人。2019年指导本科生获得优秀SRTP和东南大学优秀本科毕业设计。
