From 2005 to 2012, the school has undertaken a total of 267 scientific research programs; wherein, 201 were longitudinal research programs, including national key fundamental research “973” programs (presiding over 2 items and 11 subtopics), 22 national high technology “863” topics (funds: RMB29.68 million), 4 outstanding youth funds, 1 innovative research group of State Natural Sciences Foundation (funds: RMB7.2 million), 9 key programs of State Natural Sciences Foundation, 83 general programs of State Natural Sciences Foundation, 65 programs of provincial or ministerial level; the total scientific research funds amounted to RMB220 million.
